Food and nutrition does not need to be ad-hoc within our lives.  Proper nutrition is key to maintaining a long and healthy life.  Whilst it can be challenging to plan ahead and constantly adhere to a healthy diet, we are very fortunate to have the range of food products that are now readily available to us.

I develop daily, weekly and monthly food ideas for clients to take the guessing element away and help to make nutritional meals convenient without necessarily using lots of ingredients.  I also offer guidance and structure to help build confidence around food.  The GTY nutritional philosophy is for clients to take this learning away for life, so that food choices become second nature.

This bespoke offering can include creating individual shopping lists, recipe ideas and can also help with changing dietary habits to encompass healthy eating guidelines.
